SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our products are shipped out within 4-7 Days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS and Canada Post. To exchange your product if defective, you should mail your product to:17 BRIARFIELD CRES, ST CATHARINES Ontario Canada L2T 3T4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item(s) over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 17 BRIARFIELD CRES ST CATHARINES Ontario Canada L2T 3T4 (shipping at your expense). We will gladly replace and ship your coffee back to you free of charge.
